And a lot of people are getting emotional and confrontational, which doesn’t really help matters (especially because I am good at being emotional and confrontational). But when everyone is being emotional and confrontational you kind of are forced to not be emotional and confrontational, and so I guess there’s a good start in conflict resolution.

So, (I can’t say as always, because I can’t say I always succeed in trying) I try to be mature and rational about everything that’s being thrown about and all the negative qi and karma being thrown around and generated. So

1. There’s no point being reactionary like everyone. I shall be rational.
2. What to do so this will not happen again?
3. How will I create a win-win situation?
4. How will I be a peacemaker?
5. How will I be a child of God?
6. What can I learn from this situation?

How will I be a child of God? Ultimately, that’s all that matters. So away with all this negative energy and in with my diamond- my peace- my God.

As my boss has previously said: it’s not about who is in the wrong. It’s about working together and understanding why we work together and how we work together and ensuring that everyone takes something away from it.
